At the beginning of this month i had to face a turning point in my life. Starting July 9th I can finally call myself an architect. Ten years ago, when I was in secondary school, I thought this is the most beautiful job in the whole wide world. Now, I still think it is. I get to shape people’s lives, I get to create buildings that could outlive me, I get to dream, I get to do such wonderful things. SNAP! I need to get back to real live.
After six years of studying and travelling, two years later than most of my school mates, I am actually done with school. Kind of strange. As of the 1st September I am supposed to earn my own money.
Anyway, to stop with all the “existential” notes that I’ve just wrote down, the thing is the following: after half a year of hard working and neglecting my own hobbies, I started this blog kind of like a self discipline-thingy…or more like “let’s-find-out-who-alex-really-is” type of gizmo.
Coming up: thoughts, feelings, stories, pictures, jokes, comments…but all at the right moment.
Yours truely and always sleepy,
Alex
